Were looking for an experienced, passionate, and visionary R&D Group Manager for a couple of domains under the Core product groups. In this role, youll drive the design, development, and innovation of core Application Security capabilities, working across technologies and domains to shape the next generation of products.
How will you make an impact?
Lead and inspire 3-4 R&D teams (totaling ~20 engineers, including team leads).
Build and scale high-performing teams through mentorship, professional development, and recruitment.
Driving design, architecture, and implementation across multiple product domains, ensuring technical excellence and high quality.
Define and own a major part of the products functional and technical roadmap, partnering closely with Product Management.
Foster innovation - encourages experimentation, incubation, and adoption of new technologies.
Collaborate effectively across global organization, including Product, Customer Success, and Support teams.
Maintain strong communication and visibility across local and remote (multi-geo) teams.

Requirements:
3+ years managing R&D groups and engineering managers - MUST.
B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering, or equivalent leadership experience.
Strong backend development background with experience in microservices, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems using modern agile methodologies (Scrum, CI/CD, TDD, etc.).
Excellent communication skills - able to clearly articulate technical and strategic concepts to executives and engineers alike.
Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable; a true team builder with a hands-on approach.
Advantages
Hands-on experience with Go (Golang).
Background in cybersecurity or application security domains.
