We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our design team.
Were looking for a Product Designer to join our design team and help shape the next generation of Grips platform. Youll take ownership of end-to-end experiences - from research and ideation to final UI - collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and security experts.
Youll be designing for complex, data-rich, and high-trust environments - turning security workflows into intuitive, actionable, and elegant user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end user experiences across core areas of the product.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to define user problems, design solutions, and support implementation.
Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, usable interfaces.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Contribute to Grips Design System, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across the product.
Use data to measure and improve UX.
Balance usability, scalability, and compliance in every design decision.

3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in SaaS, preferably B2B platforms.
Experience designing complex systems - dashboards, workflows, permissions, data-heavy UIs.
Strong interaction design skills and a portfolio that demonstrates system-level thinking and visual craft.
Experience with design systems (Figma preferred).
Understanding of UX research methods and when to apply them.
Ability to move fluidly between big-picture strategy and detailed UI execution.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
