Role Summary
The Finance Operations Assistant supports daily banking and crypto finance operations. Key tasks include processing payments, executing settlements, maintaining CRM /trackers, preparing reports, and assisting with reconciliations and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and process incoming/outgoing payments, refunds, and commissions.
Execute daily crypto settlements and manage wallets/exchange transactions.
Track balances and ensure accurate records in CRM and trackers.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and support document requests.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, coordinate with other teams, and ensure all operations are accurate and well-documented.
Requirements:
Requirements
High attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information.
Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Responsibility, accuracy, and strong discipline with routine processes.
Experience in finance operations, payments, reconciliation, or similar roles (preferred).
Willingness to perform daily recurring tasks consistently.
Experience with cryptocurrency wallets/exchanges is a strong advantage.
Higher education in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
English proficiency above average for international documentation and operational communication.
