Responsibilities

Product Strategy:

Collaborate with product managers to shape the product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities.
Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver product solutions
Use data, research, and customer feedback to inform prioritization and drive product decisions
Optimize the user journey, conversion funnels, and overall platform experience
Implement best practices in product operations, agile development, and performance tracking

UI Design Development:

Design high-fidelity, modern UI for web and mobile interfaces.
Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
Build production-ready UI components ( React or similar) in collaboration with engineering.
Ensure responsive design, performance, accessibility, and consistency

Requirements:
5-8+ years of UX / UI experience ( UI focused) in SaaS or marketplace products
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX work and developed UI components.
Experience with Front-End UI development ( React preferred).
Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction patterns, information architecture, and usability.
Strong background in SaaS or marketplace products with measurable success
Proven experience driving Product Strategy and executing on high-impact roadmaps
Analytical mindset with a data -driven approach to growth, funnels, and performance
Strong communicator and team builder with cross-functional leadership experience
Experience leading remote or distributed teams a plus

This role will be a hybrid role based in Ramat Gan.(3 days a week) with occasional work in Jerus
