Sales Admin (temporary part-time position)

We seek a detail-oriented Sales Admin for a temporary and part-time position to gather leads for the company across Europe and Israel. The ideal candidate is familiar with lead generation and data management.

This is a part-time, temporary role (4-6 weeks)

Work location - hybrid from Israel

Requirements:

Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets
Self-starter and creative thinker
Ability to manage anti-scraping measures (rate limits, CAPTCHAs, etc.) or willingness to learn.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic understanding of web scraping tools and libraries -an advantage.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Wellfound, or other startup-focused job boards - an advantage

Responsibilities:

Identify startups hiring for AWS DevOps roles across Europe using LinkedIn, Wellfound, and other startup-focused platforms.
Scrape detailed contact information, including the CTO, CEO, or Head of Engineering's corporate email and phone number (if available).
Collect company data, such as startup name, web domain, location, funding information, and DevOps job details.
Compile data in an organized Excel or CSV file.
Work 10-15 hours per week and work closely with an off-shore sales manager in Central Europe time.
