As an Event Marketing Manager at LSports, you'll be the mastermind behind planning, organizing, and executing engaging marketing events that showcase our brand and products. Your role will involve developing innovative global event strategies, managing budgets, promoting our participation across various marketing channels, and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative event marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives.
Manage event budgets efficiently, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs.
Create compelling event content and coordinate with subject matter experts for relevant material.
Oversee all aspects of event logistics.
Lead on-site operations during events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues promptly.
ROI Measurement: Measure the ROI of each event by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, lead generation, and brand exposure.
Conduct thorough post-event analysis to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

5+ years of event marketing management experience, with a focus on worldwide exhibitions, conferences and hybrid events. preferably in a hi-tech company.
Previous project management experience in a production agency, with a track record of handling international projects.
Proven marketing and strategy capabilities with a high level of proficiency in English.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Creativity and the ability to devise impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad as needed
