we are seeking a talented Commercial Legal Counsel to join our legal team in Israel. This role offers a unique opportunity to support complex commercial transactions, guide strategic decision-making, and contribute to the success of one of the fastest-growing companies in the observability space. We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented lawyer with strong commercial and privacy experience, who can provide high-quality legal guidance and assistance while independently managing complex legal processes in a dynamic, global environment.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology agreements, including SaaS, partnership, reseller, and vendor contracts.
Review and negotiate DPAs and other privacy-related documents in coordination with the companys DPO and Security teams.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Deal Desk, Procurement, Privacy, Security, Finance, and Product) to provide timely, practical, and solution-oriented legal advice.
Coach and support Sales teams on negotiation strategy, customer interactions, and contract execution processes; lead or contribute to internal legal training sessions.
Maintain and enhance contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines in line with emerging laws and regulatory requirements across key jurisdictions.
Advise on compliance and risk management issues, including data protection, information security, AI-related regulations, and other technology law developments.
Support business scalability by implementing efficient contracting processes and tools to ensure alignment between legal, sales, and operational functions.

4-6 years of post-internship experience as a commercial lawyer.
Background in leading Israeli law firms, with a focus on high-tech or commercial practice.
Proven experience in technology transactions and data privacy.
Ability to manage and lead legal matters independently, with strong business judgment and problem-solving skills.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.
LL.B. degree and license to practice law in Israel
Passion for technology and ability to understand technical and operational processes.
Willingness to work across different time zones as part of a global legal team.
4-6 years of post-internship experience as a commercial lawyer.
