The role includes responsibility for products used by company employees.
The main mission is to define and understand user needs, translate them into clear product requirements, and work collaboratively with the development team to turn them into effective, working solutions
What You Will Do
Collect and prioritize requirements (mainly from users)
Define specifications, user flows, and features
Work closely with developers and automation engineers
Serve as the main point of contact between users, operations, and development
Continuously improve product performance and User Experience
Manage the product end to end, from concept through implementation and iteration
Experience in product management
Strong ability to understand user needs and translate them into product requirements
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Independence, responsibility, and leadership skills
Comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes are still being built
Fluent English
