We're looking for a tech-savvy, curious, and motivated Junior system Reliability Engineer to join our support team. If you're passionate about Linux, eager to learn cloud and infrastructure technologies, and love digging into technical issues - this is your chance to grow with us. Youll work closely with senior engineers and customers to troubleshoot, upgrade, and improve our product experience. Responsibilities:
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
* Perform basic system maintenance and software upgrades
* Analyze logs and system behavior under guidance
* Collaborate with experienced engineers and escalate complex cases
* Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing
* Continuously build knowledge in cloud, Storage, and automation technologies
Responsibilities:

* Relevant academic or professional studies
* Familiarity with Linux (you enjoy tinkering and understanding how things work)
* Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or GCP is a plus)
* Strong communication skills in English - Written and verbal
* Scripting knowledge ( Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is a plus
* A genuine interest in technology and problem-solving
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
* 1-2 years of experience in a Technical Support, IT, or system admin role - A must
* Relevant academic or professional studies
* Familiarity with Linux (you enjoy tinkering and understanding how things work)
* Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or GCP is a plus)
* Strong communication skills in English - Written and verbal
* Scripting knowledge ( Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is a plus
