This role is focused on designing and developing robust backend infrastructure that supports complex algorithmic and AI workloads, with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and performance. You will work closely with AI, algorithms, and product teams to deliver end-to-end, production-grade solutions.
What Youll Do:
Design and develop scalable backend services for AI-driven and algorithmic workloads
Architect cloud-native, distributed systems and microservice-based solutions
Build data -centric components at the core of a high-performance AI platform
Collaborate closely with AI, algorithm, and product teams across the full development lifecycle
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on backend development experience
Strong proficiency in Python, C #, or JAVA
Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architectures
Proven experience designing and building scalable backend systems end-to-end
Excellent communication skills and full professional English proficiency
Nice to Have:
Experience with AI/ML platforms (LLMs, RAG, computer vision, large-scale inference)
Familiarity with TypeScript, React, or Node.js
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools
