Key Responsibilities:
Lead and scale the Computer Vision and AI R D function
Define and drive the technical and architectural roadmap
Remain hands-on in algorithm development, coding, and problem-solving
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing R D team
Work closely with the CEO and product stakeholders on strategy and execution
Ensure delivery of production-grade, scalable CV solutions for industrial use cases

Requirements:
Proven experience building, mentoring, and scaling small, high-performing R D teams
Deep expertise in Computer Vision, AI, algorithms, and software architecture
Strong hands-on technical leadership with a genuine passion for coding
Experience developing software for industrial or regulated environments (medical, defense, automotive, electronics, or similar)
Startup-oriented mindset: proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
7+ years of progressive experience in R D and technical leadership roles
Proven experience building, mentoring, and scaling small, high-performing R D teams
Deep expertise in Computer Vision, AI, algorithms, and software architecture
Strong hands-on technical leadership with a genuine passion for coding
Experience developing software for industrial or regulated environments (medical, defense, automotive, electronics, or similar)
Startup-oriented mindset: proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
