Preparation and ownership of quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements for a public company
Ensuring full compliance with ISA and TASE (Maya) reporting requirements
Leading statutory audits and managing ongoing relationships with external auditors
Acting as a strategic finance partner to the CFO and senior management
Managing and developing finance and accounting teams and processes
Supporting bank financing activities and project-level financial management
Ensuring full compliance with ISA and TASE (Maya) reporting requirements

Requirements:
CPA certification - mandatory
2-4 years of experience as a Financial Controller / Senior Assistant Controller in a public company
Strong knowledge of IFRS and hands-on public reporting experience
Proven experience in real estate (residential - preferred)
Background from Big 4 / Big 5 - advantage
Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience - advantage
Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and excellent communication skills
