We work inside complex ecosystems, mature design systems, and multidisciplinary teams, and are evolving our studio for the AI era. Who Were Looking For A product designer with hands-on experience and strong UX foundations. Someone who understands user flows, problem definition, and product thinking, and approaches challenges with curiosity, experimentation, and systems thinking. This is someone with the enthusiasm of a young designer, combined with more real-world experience, sharper judgment, and a deeper understanding of UX. This is not about mastering a specific tool. Its about knowing how to combine methods, search for the right tools, and adapt your process to the problem at hand.

Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience as a product / digital designer.
* A portfolio showing real projects, UX thinking, and problem-solving.
* Strong Figma skills and comfort learning new tools quickly.
* Good understanding of UX, flows, and product requirements.
* A strong sense of efficiency - able to move fast, iterate, and prioritize what matters.
* A mindset of experimentation, adaptability, and continuous learning.
* Interest in how design, product, technology, and AI intersect.
* Good communication skills in Hebrew and English.
* A design degree - a strong advantage, not a must.
