We are looking for a hands-on Algorithm team lead who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, and knows how to turn cutting-edge AI into robust, Real-Time products running on edge hardware.
What youll do:
Lead and mentor a team of computer vision and AI engineers (hands-on).
Design, develop, and deploy advanced Computer Vision, ML, and Deep Learning algorithms.
Drive end-to-end solutions: from research and PoCs to Real-Time operational systems.
Define the technical roadmap for AI and Computer Vision.
Work closely with software, hardware, and product teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

10+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision with strong focus on Deep Learning / Machine Learning.
Proven experience designing AI-based systems and architectures.
5+ years of experience leading algorithm or R&D teams.
Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow.
Ability to work under Real-Time, performance, and hardware constraints.
Nice to have:
Experience with Real-Time / edge / Embedded systems.
Background in deploying AI models to production.
Experience in complex or mission-critical systems.
