Level Designer

Responsibilities

Create and iterate on levels that teach game mechanics, challenge players, and enhance engagement.
Develop a difficulty curve that balances player learning and challenge.
Work closely with stakeholders to develop new game mechanics.
Conduct internal playtests, gather feedback, and refine levels accordingly.
Utilize player data to inform level adjustments and improvement.

Requirements

1-2+ years in level design in mobile puzzle games.
Familiarity with Unity or similar game engines and level editing tools.
Ability to interpret player data and feedback to refine level designs.
Understanding of visual design principles to enhance level aesthetics.
Basic scripting skills to implement interactive elements.
A genuine interest in puzzle games and the mobile gaming industry.
