Responsibilities:
* Integration and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
* Developing in-depth expertise in production machines and troubleshooting complex on-site issues.
* Delivering training sessions to the maintenance team on machine operation and fault resolution.
* Driving process improvements in collaboration with the Production and Packaging departments.
* Specifying equipment components and machine spare parts.
* Leading upgrade projects, operational optimization initiatives, and the implementation of new technologies in partnership with the Engineering department.

Requirements and Experience:
* At least 3 years of experience in the industrial sector - mandatory.
* Familiarity with packaging and production machinery - a significant advantage.
* Experience working in a computerized environment.
* Assertiveness and strong leadership skills.
* Ability to perform under pressure. Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering - mandatory.
