Required Product Manager
As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:
Transform abstract ideas into clear, actionable design solutions
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to craft structured, efficient workflows that support complex user needs
Help reimagine the user experience across dashboards and visually complex systems
Influence roadmap discussions with user-first design thinking
Contribute to and refine our existing design system
Elevate the design culture by sharing inspiration, ideas, and best practices
Balance user needs with business goals, and advocate for great UX across the company.

Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in product design, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive UI
A product mindset, you know how to ask the right questions and solve the right problems
Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to hierarchy, clarity and data visualization
Experience designing for global, diverse user bases
Proven experience working closely with frontend teams (advanced: understanding of web frameworks)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) and experience maintaining a design system
A portfolio that showcases work on complex dashboards, workflows, or B2B tools.
