we are looking for a Finance Business Partner.
you will:
Lead and support all regional financial projects, including budgeting, expense control, P&L analysis, forecasting, and monitoring.
Act as a strategic partner to sales regional management, providing insights to help drive data-driven decisions across sales and finance functions.
Collaborate with managers across departments, including Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Operations, to support strategic planning and business plan development.
Work within a matrix environment, ensuring alignment and collaboration with various teams and within different finance functions.

Requirements:
Educational Background: BA in Economics or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or business finance, preferably within a global organization.
Skills:
Exceptional analytical skills and expertise in Excel (Mandatory).
Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with an independent, proactive work style.
Familiarity with business intelligence and financial technology systems (Advantage).
Mindset: A relentless curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Language: Fluent English is a must.
