Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will help shape our organizations future by identifying and engaging top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
 
 
What am I going to do?:
* Source candidates creatively through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
* Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
* Post jobs on relevant platforms including LinkedIn, universities, and professional networks.
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates to support a positive hiring experience.
* Support campus recruiting initiatives and events.
* Collaborate with the recruiting team on projects as needed.
