Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, document, and analyze R D trials (lab field)
Perform lab operations: equipment handling, media prep, bacterial isolation, identification counting
Conduct biochemical assays and maintain protocols
Review and stay updated with scientific literature
Support all lab fieldwork as needed
Masters in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related; OR Bachelor + 1 year relevant experience
1-2 years lab experience (advantageous)
Strong technical skills experience in sterile techniques
Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, organized, professional
Able to work independently in a team
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn and grow
High level of English
Ability to work under pressure overtime
