Responsibilities:
Process, reconcile, and pay supplier invoices, reimbursement of employees travel and expenses reports.
Reconciliation of BS accounts and preparation of WP (including but not limited to: CC, banking, vendors, accrued expenses, FA, etc.).
Support the month and quarter-end closing processes.
Charge expenses to the relevant accounts and cost centers.
Working closely with Procurement and cross-company departments.
Working as a team with additional bookkeepers and Controllers, and assisting with other responsibilities.
Monitor operational reports and perform controls.
Handle monthly payroll journal entries and reconcile with financial records.
Preparation of material for audits.
