Were looking for a talented and motivated Platform Software Engineer with strong design, coding, and debugging skills - and the passion to lead and mentor others.
In this role, youll take part in developing core components of our large-scale, distributed data-path system - from high-level features to low-level implementation close to the hardware.
What youll do:
Design and develop platform features, including both front-end and back-end aspects.
Work closely with the hardware layer (e.g., BSP, I2C, IPMI).
Drive complex projects from design to production.
Collaborate with multiple teams across disciplines.
Lead by example - mentor team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements:
Excellent software design, coding, and debugging abilities.
Growth potential toward a formal leadership role in the near future.
Hands-on experience with low-level and system-level programming.
Can-do attitude, self-learner, independent and collaborative.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
