Were looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal team and provide comprehensive legal support to our teams across the organization.
This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with customers and vendors globally, ensuring compliance with privacy laws, handling product review matters and providing strategic legal advice on varied and dynamic issues. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial law, excellent English communication skills, and a creative legal approach.
In this role you will:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including customer agreements, vendor agreements, partnership/referral/consulting agreements, and NDAs.
Enhance privacy program to comply with various privacy laws and regulations (such as CCPA, Israeli privacy laws, HIPAA) and provide ongoing guidance on data protection and privacy issues.
Collaborate closely with teams across the organization (such as Product, R&D, Partner Success) to address legal needs and implement best practices.
Build out legal roadmap for entering new markets and execute roadmap implementation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the companys operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's law degree and qualification to practice law in Israel or in the U.S.
2+ years of commercial law experience in a commercial or hi-tech department at a law firm, or serving as in-house counsel at a tech company.
Experience and comfort with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Mastery of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with privacy laws and regulations (such as CPRA, U.S. state laws, HIPAA) - an advantage.
Corporate legal experience - an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
