At Checkmarx, we believe it’s not just about finding risk, but remediating it across the entire application footprint and software supply chain with one seamless process for all relevant stakeholders.We are honored to serve more than 1,800 customers, which includes 40 percent of all Fortune 100 companies including Siemens, Airbus, SalesForce, Stellantis, Adidas, Wal-Mart and Sanofi.What are we looking for?We are looking for a passionate Experienced UX/UI Designer to contribute to the design, research, and implementation of user-centered interfaces for Checkmarx’s cutting-edge security solutions, driving innovation and excellence in a dynamic, top-tier technology company.How will you make an impact?In this role you will be responsible for:Leading UX/UI design initiatives, ensuring user-centered designsDeveloping wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideasCollaborating with cross-functional teams to create and improve productsAdvocating for design standards and best practicesConducting user research and usability testingDriving the visual QA process to maintain design qualityEnsuring design consistency and quality across all projectsExploring and integrating emerging technologies into design practicesExhibiting the initiative to work independently, making informed decisionsRequirements:What is needed to succeed?3+ years of experience as a UX/UI/Product designerIncredible UX/UI skills, with a portfolio to matchPassionate about UX, development and technologyProficiency in Figma, prototyping and Adobe Creative SuiteSolid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testingStrong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and contentExcellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholdersKnowledge of design standards and best practices, with a commitment to advocating for them within the organizationStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply creative and analytical thinking to complex design challengesProactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently and making informed decisionsEducation in Design, Tech, or other relevant field (Advantage)Experience working on complex web-based, B2B products (Advantage); Experience in Cyber Security / Computer Science / Tech products (Advantage)What we have to offer:Checkmarx offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, competitive compensation, great work-life balance, as well as great benefits and perks throughout the year.
