We are searching for a Business Development Manager:
The main responsibility of the position is to collect and translate customer requirements to an implementable, differentiated, solution using our measurement technology in combination with bespoke development and/or inclusion of commercially available components.
As a part of your job you'll be:
Encompasses requirements collection, definition of system and acceptance criteria and tests.
Design TEST solutions addressing the requirements of modern systems for the Aerospace and Defense market.
International cooperation with colleagues world-wide as well as various of our R&D centers.
Engineering education such as electronics - a must.
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration - an advantage.
At least 8 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
Experience within a defense company/managing projects for a defense company - a must.
Relevant experience in RADAR and Electronic Warfare, Signal Processing and communications - a must.
Some experience in SW development with Matlab, C #, C ++, Python - an advantage.
TEST and verification experience - an advantage.
Experience in definition and delivery of Statement of Work type consultancy projects - an advantage.
Good communication skills and good negotiation skills, ability to formulate trade-off criteria (technical - commercial).
Comfortable presenting to larger audiences.
Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
