An international leading company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing business.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth order processing, timely shipments, and effective cross-functional coordination across Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance.
In this role you will be a part of a dynamic, growing team supporting high-impact divisions

Key Responsibilities
Sales Order Management
Monitor and resolve sales order holds to ensure on-time shipments
Follow up on payment/LC receipt and flag potential shipment delays
Quote Consignment Coordination
Track and follow up on missing quotes
Manage consignment and buy-out processes, including return evaluations

Experience in multidisciplinary operations or supply chain role
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent English - writing, speaking reading
High analytical skills and ability to work with advanced analysis tools
Working non-routine hours
Ability to work independently, under pressure and in a group
highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines
Experience with Microsoft Office, Dashboard (power BI ), SAP, or any other ERP system
Experience in multidisciplinary operations or supply chain role
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
