We are looking for a motivated Forex Retention Account Representative, fluent in Arabic, to join our growing team and work with clients from the Gulf / UAE markets.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing Arabic-speaking clients.
Proactively engage with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to increase trading activity.
Assist clients with account-related matters and provide guidance on trading platforms (MT4/MT5).
Encourage continued account activity, funding, and client retention.
Work toward individual and team performance targets.
Requirements:
Native or fluent Arabic speaker - mandatory.
Previous experience in retention, account handling, sales, or customer support (Forex/financial background is a strong advantage).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
