We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Legal Student to join our in-house Legal department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global, technology-driven company. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide ongoing assistance to our legal counsels in all phases of their work.
* Assist in legal research on a variety of topics including corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters
* Provide support on day-to-day matters, including reviewing, drafting, and summarizing commercial agreements, letters and other documents.
* Assist in corporate matters and public filings.
* Help track and manage legal documents, templates, and databases
* Support compliance processes and internal legal workflows
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, HR, R&D) on legal-related matters
