Tax Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Tax Manager to join the finance team and oversee global tax operations, compliance, and strategy.
A global fintech group that was founded in 2008 and is listed on the London Stock Exchange with a market cap of approx. USD 3.5 Billion and included within the FTSE250 index. At the heart of our business is our fully-owned and proprietary technology, which powers our trading platforms on OTC, share dealing, and Futures trading. The Group operates in more than 60 countries and retains operating licenses in the United Kingdom, Australia, Cyprus, Israel, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore, Seychelles, the United States, Estonia, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, and Canada.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Israeli and international tax regulations, overseeing structuring, reporting, and planning across multiple jurisdictions.
Manage global tax obligations, including corporate income tax, VAT, GST, Sales Tax, DST, and other indirect taxes.
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the companys tax position and mitigate risks.
Oversee transfer pricing policies and intercompany agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and financial reporting standards.
Monitor and apply OECD BEPS actions, including Pillar 1 & 2 compliance, economic substance, and country-by-country reporting.
Handle tax audits, disputes, and assessments, including negotiations with tax authorities on corporate tax, VAT, and social security (Bituach Leumi).
Stay up to date on tax regulations and ensure timely implementation of changes.
Oversee tax reporting and accounting, including provisions (IFRS), deferred tax calculations, and financial statement disclosures.
Support M&A transactions, business expansions, and due diligence from a tax perspective.
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on tax-related matters.
Improve tax processes and drive operational efficiencies.
