we are seeking an IT Technician for a diverse and challenging role that includes Technical Support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting in a dynamic work environment. * Providing Technical Support to company employees - computers, peripheral equipment, and software
* Installation, maintenance, and updating of operating systems and applications
* Handling and resolving hardware and software issues
* Working with servers, backup systems, and communication networks
* Documenting issues and solutions in a service desk/ticketing system

Requirements:
* Pc Technician certification - (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, MCITP)
* At least two years of experience as a Pc Technician
* Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and end-user equipment
* Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office tools
* Knowledge and experience in networking - an advantage
* High level of service orientation
* Ability for self-learning and proactive mindset (can-do attitude)
* Ability to work under pressure
