Responsibilities
? Develop, maintain, and enhance features for our core Shopify platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
? Implement and manage customizations using Liquid for theme enhancements and updates.
? Build and deploy advanced features utilizing Shopify Hydrogen and Next.js for our Headless
Commerce initiatives.
? Proactively identify and implement technical SEO and site performance improvements.
? Collaborate closely with UI / UX designers to translate high-fidelity mockups into robust, pixel
perfect user interfaces.
Mandatory Technical Requirements
Proven Shopify Expertise:
2+ years of experience developing and managing large-scale Shopify or Shopify Plus websites (international/multi-market experience is a significant advantage).
Expertise in developing and maintaining code using Liquid.
Proven experience working with Shopify APIs (Storefront API, Admin API).
Modern Web Development:
High and deep proficiency in JavaScript.
Proven experience developing with Next.js and React in a production environment.
Expertise in building and deploying functionalities using Hydrogen (Shopifys Headless
Commerce platform).
Full command of HTML5 and CSS/SCSS preprocessors.
Significant Advantages
? Custom App Development: Experience in developing custom private Shopify Applications.
? Serverless/Edge Functions: Experience with technologies like Vercel or Cloudflare Workers.
