B1 / B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer – Boeing & Airbus

We are seeking experienced B1 and B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineers for a long-term aviation opportunity in Israel. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified international engineers to work across a diverse Boeing and Airbus fleet, with hands-on responsibility for line and base maintenance, troubleshooting, aircraft serviceability and maintenance certification.
Candidates holding a B1 license, B2 license, or both are encouraged to apply. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are available for eligible international candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance across Boeing and Airbus fleets.
* Carry out troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and defect rectification within the scope of your license privileges.
* Certify completed maintenance work in accordance with applicable regulations, license privileges and company procedures.
* Support both line and base maintenance activities.
* Ensure aircraft are maintained to the required safety and airworthiness standards.
* Support the safe and timely release of aircraft to service.
* Maintain accurate and complete technical and maintenance records.
* Work closely with operations, planning, logistics and other technical teams to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
Requirements
* Valid EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License.
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
* Experience on at least 2 aircraft types from the following:
* Boeing 737 NG
* Boeing 737 MAX
* Airbus A320 CEO
* Airbus A320 NEO
* Boeing 777 (GE)
* Airbus A300-600 (all engines)
* For B2 license holders: B737 MAX type rating and a minimum of 2 years’ hands-on B737 NG/MAX experience.
* For B2 license holders: Current Human Factors, EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety training.
* Fluent English language skills.
* Strong troubleshooting, technical and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a shift-based operational environment.
Additional aircraft type experience is an advantage. A B2 license for candidates applying with a B1 license is also considered an advantage.
Working Arrangements
* Rotating shift pattern.
* Six-day operational coverage.
* Weekend and public holiday work may be required based on operational needs.
* Paid overtime is available for eligible additional working hours, including qualifying Friday and Israeli public holiday shifts.
