We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! This is a hands-on role focused on finding top talent and delivering a high-impact candidate experience. Youll be a key partner in shaping our culture and bringing the right people into our creative, mission-driven environment.
What will you do:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple departments and roles simultaneously.
Partner closely with hiring managers, participate in kick-off meetings, and define role requirements.
Source, review, and screen CVs to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone screening interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate and manage interview processes, providing guidance and updates to both candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with different stakeholders across the company.
Ensure a smooth, efficient, and exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
