R&D Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and driven Full Stack Team Lead to manage and build a top-performing development team responsible for creating innovative, AI-driven features for our platform. This is not just a leadership role - you will recruit, mentor, and scale your team, ensuring strong collaboration, technical excellence, and timely delivery of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
Youll work closely with product, architecture, and other engineering leaders to set the teams vision, establish best practices, and create a culture of ownership and innovation.

Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define your teams roadmap and priorities.
Implement Best Practices: Ensure coding standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines are in place for continuous improvement.
