R&D team leader

Lead the tech behind one of Israels fastest-growing companies. At Kendago, were not just running ads - were building a game-changing tech product that gives our marketing teams a serious edge. Its a smart, insight-driven optimization platform that analyses tons of ads data and turns it into Real-Time recommendations and insights for publishers. Now were looking for a passionate and proactive team leader to head the R&D team building this core product. Youll be at the center of our most strategic tech and business initiatives, driving innovation and delivering high-impact solutions Were looking for a hands-on Software team leader (30%) who enjoys building modern web systems and leading people - while staying close to the code, reporting to the VP R&D. Our Office is located in Kiryat Ono. This is a hybrid position, including two to three work-from-home days per week, with flexibility based on team and individual needs.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a Full-Stack team working on our proprietary optimization platform Architect and build high-scale, data -centric web systems.
* Be a hands-on leader: code when needed, unblock, mentor, and push forward.
* Collaborate with product managers who work hand-in-hand with our performance teams.
* Balance rapid delivery with long-term architecture and stability
