As our Creator Guildmaster, youll sit at the heart of the Developer Relations team - building meaningful relationships with creators, shaping how we communicate with developers, and making sure every app creator feels supported, heard, and empowered to succeed. Youll be the internal voice of the community and the external face of our company, helping creators feel truly at home in our ecosystem.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Own and manage creator communities across Discord, Slack, LinkedIn, and X, including moderation and infrastructure.
Lead daily creator communication, support, and feedback triage.
Create and deliver DevRel communications (announcements, newsletters, updates).
Plan and host developer Town Halls and community initiatives.
Monitor community sentiment, surface insights internally, and amplify creator milestones.
Guide app developers towards creating successful apps, offering them support and strategic advice to lead them to greatness.
