Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is pivotal in shaping both the product roadmap and the R D organization. You will lead a highly skilled team (currently 5 engineers, with planned growth to 10), stay deeply involved in the codebase, and drive key architectural and technical decisions hands-on.

Deep expertise in computer vision, AI, algorithms, and software architecture
Strong hands-on technical leadership with a passion for coding and problem-solving
Background in developing software for industrial environments (medical, defense, automotive, electronics, or similar)
Startup-oriented mindset: proactive, flexible, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving settings
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
7+ years of progressive experience in R D and technical leadership roles
Key Responsibilities Requirements
