Senior Software Engineer, Cloud

Responsibilities
Be responsible to engage with internal customers (Dev Oncallers, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Support) to identify critical tooling and data gaps in their networking investigation workflows.
Leverage expert knowledge of cloud networking data paths and implementation. Define, design, and drive the execution of high-impact troubleshooting solutions.
Set the team goal and roadmap, organizing task assignments, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional tech leaders to ensure successful system integrations, ultimately owning the overall health and reliability of the system and acting as a final escalation point for complex customer issues.
