We are looking for a is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with strong leadership skills and deep technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
Define and lead the companys technology strategy and architecture
Oversee project execution, budgets and version management.
Provide hands-on support when needed: technical guidance, problem-solving, and process optimization
Ensure high standards of security, compliance, and product quality

Requirements:
Proven experience leading technology teams in complex, large-scale environments
Strong proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, Python, SQL, NoSQL
Experience managing DevOps and CI/CD environments
Background with GenAI technologies - significant advantage
Strong project and budget management capabilities
Hands-on mindset with the ability to dive deep into development and delivery processes
