Creative Team Lead - Product

The Product Creative team is in charge of our award-winning products’ visual language – from actual features and visual effects, to any components that require video, animation, image making and more. Our designers research trends and tools and translate them into new features. We collaborate with various stakeholders across the company, including other designers, copywriters, developers, and more.

We are looking for a Creative Team Lead to spearhead two of our photo & video editing apps. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to blend creative artistry with cutting-edge technology, with a strong emphasis on AI tools.
Our ideal candidate should be an experienced creative leader with knowledge in image making, video editing and a passion for Gen AI. This role will position you at the crossroads of creativity and technology at one of the most innovative companies in the game.
Role and Responsibilities:

As the Creative Design Team Lead you will:

Lead and inspire a creative team to deliver exceptional content, leveraging cutting edge technology.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative strategies, exploring opportunities to incorporate technological advancements where needed.

Guide your team to use AI-driven tools for enhanced creativity and

Stay up to date on the latest creative and tech trends.

Ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standard.

Mentor and help develop your team members skills and personal growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in the creative design field.

Experience working in a tech/product company - a must.

Generative AI - SD or Midjourney experience a must, Comfy UI a huge advantage.

A passion for staying up-to-date with creative and technological trends, exploring the synergy between creativity and technology.

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

An appreciation for the role of technology as an enabler of creative possibilities.

Proficiency in creative software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, with a passion for AI's creative potential.
