Were looking for a Backend Engineer to join our growing R&D team and take an active role in building and scaling core components of our product.

Your Chain of Impact:

Spearhead feature development from requirements to delivery.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle within an agile framework.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.
Maintain high standards for code quality, scalability, readability, and performance.
Take ownership of the product, tech stack, and development processes.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Python.
Experience with React and TypeScript - an advantage
Familiarity with state management libraries.
At least 4 years of experience in REST API and Backend development.
Ability to solve complex technical challenges with autonomy, top-notch design, and analytical skills.
A mindset that challenges the status quo, always seeking workflow improvements.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining reusable and maintainable components.
Experience in writing unit tests and end-to-end.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and languages.
Experience addressing performance issues (both in web apps and backend).
