We are seeking a PMO Student to support project planning, monitoring, and execution across multiple initiatives.
The role includes building and maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and preparing comprehensive status reports.
This position requires close collaboration with project managers and various organizational interfaces to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Planning and Control: Build project schedules and Gantt charts, WBS, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, Change Control.
Reporting and Performance: Weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards in Power BI/Excel, budget management.
Project Monitoring and Advancement: Follow up and promote projects with Production Planning, provide weekly status updates to each project manager.
Work Interfaces: Ongoing collaboration with project managers, R&D/QA, procurement, finance, customers, and suppliers; synchronize plans and commitments.
Prototype Work Orders: Responsible for ensuring the receipt and preparation of prototype work orders (not necessarily performing the task but ensuring it is completed).
Portfolio Management and Prioritization: Balance workloads, visualize capacity and bottlenecks.
Issuing Requirements: Prepare requirements for prototypes and facilities.

Education: Fourth-year Industrial Engineering and Management student.
Tools: Advanced Excel, MS Project.
Skills: Analytical thinking, organization and accuracy, teamwork, excellent communication, ability to drive processes without authority.
Languages: Good Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
