Looking for a Performance Testing expert to ensure our systems scale under real-world loads.
* Design, execute and analyze performance load tests
* Identify bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations
* Build and maintain performance testing frameworks
* Monitor production performance and conduct capacity planning
* Work closely with Dev, DevOps and Infrastructure teams

Requirements:
- At least 3+ years experience in Performance/ Load Testing
- Hands-on with modern tools: K6, Gatling, JMeter, Locust, or Artillery
- Strong scripting skills: Python, JavaScript, or Go
- Experience with APM tools - Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace
- Understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs
- CI/CD integration experience
- Ability to read and analyze logs, metrics, traces
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English
