About the Role:
As a QA Automation engineer, you will develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, combining automation and manual testing to ensure high-quality standards for business logic and User Experience. Collaborating within an agile scrum team, you'll work closely with development and QA teams to deliver top-quality features. In addition, you will be a pivotal role in achieving reliable and effective testing processes for robust software solutions.
What You'll Do:
Assume responsibility for cross- system software testing, designing and developing detailed automated tests using reliable, scalable, and maintainable TEST automation frameworks. Demonstrate proficiency in creating and executing both manual and automated TEST Plan scenarios. Effectively communicate and collaborate with QA and development teams to develop automation processes, investigate design approaches, and implement new technologies and frameworks. Aid in defining and implementing quality standards, promoting best practices for distributed systems. Strive to automate the process as much as possible by developing automation suites that provide high coverage, run fast and are easy to maintain. Diagnose, debug, and perform root-cause analysis of issues and defects. Analyze end-user behavior to identify potential issues, ensuring system quality and stability. Work in an Agile environment with tight schedules, an open-source ecosystem, and a strong team culture.
