Director of Product Management

As Product Director, you will guide a team of talented Product Managers and Designers, drive cross-company collaboration, and take a hands-on role in several key product areas. What Youll Do:
Own and lead our core platform and infrastructure product group, including data ingestion, data processing pipelines, alerting, AI-driven capabilities, in-platform growth, and overall user experience.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 6 Product Managers and Designers, while also remaining hands-on with several high-priority product domains.
Drive platform-wide strategy and execution, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless customer experiences across Orcas security offerings.
Shape Orcas long-term platform vision, influencing the future of cloud security and strengthening Orcas competitive edge.
