we are searching for an outstanding Equipment and Hardware Buyer. As an Equipment Buyer, you'll work in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary group, with our company's top test houses global integrated circuits final test and wafer sort mass production activities. At this position youll be working with worldwide infrastructure support vendors, contract manufacturers, internal engineering, and production groups to ensure company targets are met.
What you'll be doing:
Manage all our company Israel equipment and H/W procurement
Request for quotations / RFQ
PR/PO issuing and tracking
Monitor supplier performance and maintain long-term business relationships
Collaborating with our internal cross functional stakeholders and equipment suppliers
Take part in negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal terms and conditions.

Requirements:
Industrial engineer, similar degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Buyer, preferably with global suppliers in a technical or engineering organization
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Creativity, motivation, excellent teammate, fast learning skills and independence
Agility, the ability of changing priorities and tasks depending on production needs
Excellent English- oral and written communication skills.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Technical knowledge and experience with ATE (Automated Test Equipment)
Experience working with OSATS / Semiconductor/ high volume manufacturing
Results oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and high level of attention to details
Ability to demonstrate experience in creative out of the box thinking.
