VPG is looking for a Business Demand Planner
Major Responsibilities:
?Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across products and global markets.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create a unified and aligned demand outlook.
Lead the S OP process, including preparing materials, facilitating discussions, and presenting insights.
Analyze market trends, historical performance, and customer data to generate business insights.
Identify gaps between forecasts and actuals and recommend corrective actions.
Work cross-functionally to ensure product availability and support growth targets.

?Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
35 years of experience in Demand Planning, Business Planning, or Sales Operations in a global organization required.
Proven experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams with strong understanding of commercial processes.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
