Product Designer

Responsibilities
Feature Design: Create high-quality mocks and flows for new features and improvements, ensuring alignment with our companys design system.
Product Collaboration: Work hand in hand with Product Managers to define requirements, validate concepts with customers, and iterate based on feedback.
Customer Feedback Loop: Engage with customers through design reviews, usability sessions, and post-launch feedback to ensure the product experience meets real-world needs and continuously evolves based on user input.
Development Support: Partner with Frontend engineers throughout implementation - from design handoff to QA and release - providing specs, visual assets, and guidance.
Post-Release Insights: Track data and usage after launch to identify learnings and suggest UX or UI improvements.
Design Assets & Enablement: Prepare illustrations, icons, animations, and visual materials; support internal presentations.
UI Improvements: Continuously refine visual and interaction quality across the platform and suggest enhancements to maintain a consistent, polished experience.
