IT & IS Department Manager #1311

We are looking for an experienced IT & IS Department Manager to lead our global IT & IS functions. This role is responsible for all information technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity controls, service delivery, enterprise applications, and digital enablement across the organization. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the CFO, and managing a team of ~20 IT professionals.

Responsibilities:
IT Operations & Infrastructure Ownership Oversee IT daily operations, including network, servers, cloud environments, cybersecurity controls, and communication systems. Lead maintenance, monitoring, patch management, and uptime management across all sites.
IT Governance, Information Security & Compliance Implement and enforce IT policies, access management practices, disaster recovery procedures, and backup plans. Oversee the external CISO work.
Information Systems & Applications Oversee the performance, lifecycle and availability of ERP, CRM and other organizational applications. Mange upgrades, integrations and cross-functional digital requirements; Collaborate with companys units to ensure systems meet business needs and support process efficiency.
Project and Vendor Management Lead infrastructure projects, information systems projects, technical upgrades, cybersecurity improvements, hardware refreshes, and user-technology enhancements. Define scope, timelines, and budgets for IT initiatives; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Manage relationships with technology vendors, integrators, and outsourcing partners.
Leadership & Department Management Lead and manage the global IT &IS team (approx. 20 employees), including system administrators, IS personnel, programmers, helpdesk, and infrastructure engineers. Define departmental goals, KPIs, procedures, and performance standards.
