Provide insights into model strengths and weaknesses and recommend practical solutions
Prepare thorough documentation for regulatory standards
Support ongoing monitoring and improvement of predictive models.

Required Qualifications (must-have):
3+ years of experience in data Science roles with ML model exposure
Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, seaborn)
Bachelors in data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree Experience in Finance or with financial models
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, distributed computing)
Knowledge of regulatory compliance for financial models.
